RozyCam is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. We have zero tolerance for any content involving minors. If you encounter anyone appearing to be under 18, immediately disconnect and report to safety@rozycam.com. Our AI moderation actively screens for age violations, and violations result in immediate permanent bans and possible reporting to law enforcement.
RozyCam is not a platform for adult content or sexual encounters. All forms of sexual content, including nudity, sexual acts, explicit sexual conversation with unwilling participants, and sexualized presentation are strictly prohibited. Our Safe Mode feature and AI moderation work 24/7 to detect and prevent such content. Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, and coercive behavior result in immediate account termination.
We have zero tolerance for hate speech, slurs, discriminatory language, or attacks based on protected characteristics. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance, ableism, and all forms of bigotry. Creating a hostile environment for any group violates our core values of inclusivity and respect. Violations result in immediate termination.
Recording, screenshotting, or capturing video conversations without explicit consent from all participants is a serious violation of privacy and trust. If you wish to record or screenshot, you must ask permission first and receive clear verbal agreement. Violations may result in legal action in addition to account termination. Sharing recorded content without consent is similarly prohibited.
Be yourself on RozyCam. Do not impersonate others, use fake identities, or misrepresent your age, location, or intentions. This includes impersonating public figures, celebrities, or other users. Catfishing, scamming, or deceiving users about your identity violates our guidelines and may constitute fraud.
We take violations seriously and enforce these guidelines consistently through a combination of AI moderation, user reports, and human review. Consequences for violations may include:

All reports are reviewed promptly. Safety-related reports receive priority handling and are typically addressed within 4-12 hours. Your reports help us maintain a safe community—don't hesitate to use them.

Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator than the original decision. We typically respond within 5-7 business days. Note that permanent bans for serious violations (sexual content, child safety, harassment) are rarely overturned.
Beyond following our guidelines, here are tips to enhance your safety on RozyCam:
Never share your full name, physical address, phone number, email address, social media handles, workplace, or school with strangers. Even seemingly harmless information can be used to identify you. Keep location information vague ("I live in Europe" rather than your specific city).
Check what's visible in your camera frame. Remove or hide family photos, diplomas with your name, mail with addresses, distinctive landmarks visible through windows, or anything that could reveal your identity or location. Use a neutral background or enable background blur.
If something feels wrong or uncomfortable, it probably is. Don't override your gut feeling to be polite. You can disconnect immediately—you don't owe anyone an explanation. Red flags include requests for personal information, pressure to move to other platforms, financial requests, or aggressive behavior.
Reporting violations helps protect the entire community. Don't hesitate to report behavior that violates guidelines, even if you're unsure. Our moderators will make the determination. False reports made in good faith never result in penalties for the reporter.
Remember that you don't truly know who you're chatting with. Be skeptical of sob stories, investment opportunities, romantic advances from people you just met, or requests to click links or download files. Scammers use video chat platforms—stay vigilant.
